3D Truss Expandable Interbody Cage for advanced interbody space reconstruction

exXLIF is a modern expandable interbody cage manufactured from titanium alloy using 3D printing technology, designed for reconstruction and stabilization of the thoracic, lumbar, and lumbosacral spine. The implant has been developed for PLIF and TLIF procedures, allowing precise intraoperative adaptation to the patient’s anatomy after placement within the intervertebral space.

The implant design enables smooth adjustment of both height and lordotic angle, including hyperlordotic configurations, allowing effective restoration of natural spinal curvature and correction of deformities. Optimized geometry combined with a self-locking expansion mechanism facilitates implantation and provides high primary stability. The porous 3D Truss-Ti structure and specially engineered implant surfaces promote osteointegration and long-term bony fusion. The device has been manufactured since March 2021 and is part of the Spinal Systems – 3D Ti Implants Family.
